RAD Search are delighted to be partnered with one of Ireland's most respected design studios as they look to welcome a CAD Technician to their growing Dublin team.

One of our favourite studios to work with, they continue to set the benchmark for design quality across the Irish market. With a strong pipeline of luxury residential and commercial projects, they are looking to appoint an experienced CAD Technician who can work well within the technical team and contribute on the construction components of projects.

Known for creating bold, highly individual interiors, the studio has built a reputation for delivering exceptional projects throughout Ireland and internationally.

The Role:

The studio is looking for a CAD Technician with at least two years’ post-qualification experience across architecture, interior design or within the joinery field.

You’ll work closely with the Technical Design Manager, Project Directors and wider design team, producing detailed drawing packages from concept through to construction. The role has a strong technical focus, with responsibility for developing details, coordinating information and incorporating consultant and site changes throughout the project.

A strong understanding of construction and interior detailing is important, along with knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and Planning and Building Control requirements.

Software:

Expert AutoCAD 2D skills are essential, alongside strong SketchUp and Microsoft Office experience.

Salary:

€35,000 - €45,000

Dependent on experience, knowledge and suitability
