Our award-winning client is looking to appoint an experienced Project Architect to join an established team delivering a strong pipeline of residential and housing projects through 2026 and beyond.

RAD Search have worked closely with this studio for a number of years and it’s a particularly strong time to be joining the team. They have built an excellent reputation within the Irish market, with a varied portfolio of substantial projects and a collaborative environment where architects are given the opportunity to take real ownership of their work.

The Role:

This position will suit a Project Architect with solid experience across residential or housing projects and a strong understanding of how projects progress from design through to construction. Site experience is particularly important, with the successful candidate expected to be comfortable managing technical information, coordinating with contractors and consultants and helping resolve issues as they arise on site.

You’ll be involved across the later stages of projects, taking responsibility for design development, technical coordination and construction information while working closely with the wider project team. There will be regular interaction with clients, consultants and contractors, so strong communication and the ability to confidently manage project information are key.

Experience across residential and housing schemes would be ideal, particularly where you have been involved in projects through planning, detailed design and construction. The studio is looking for someone who understands the realities of delivering projects on site and can bring a practical, technically minded approach to the role.

Salary:

€65,000 – €80,000
