There’s a positive flow of work running through a well-established Cork studio, and they are now looking to strengthen the team with experienced project-leading Architects.
Based in the heart of Cork, this is a studio that has built its reputation through consistently well-designed, thoughtful architecture. A long-standing favourite of ours at RAD Search, they stand out for both the quality of their work and a studio culture where trust, collaboration, and long-term development are genuinely part of how they work.
The project portfolio spans a range of typologies, including residential and housing, commercial, office and workplace, mixed-use, and more.
The Role:
This position is suited to an RIAI Architect with strong project-running experience, capable of taking ownership of projects from early design concept through to construction on site. You’ll bring a confident understanding of project delivery, with the ability to lead projects across all RIAI stages while maintaining the quality of both the design and technical output.
You’ll take a leading role in managing project teams, coordinating consultants, and overseeing the day-to-day delivery of projects. This includes guiding junior team members, managing workloads and deadlines, and ensuring that design intent and technical quality are maintained throughout the process.
From initial concept and planning through to detailed design, tender, construction, and on-site delivery, you’ll be responsible for keeping projects moving, resolving challenges as they arise, and ensuring a high standard of work at every stage.
This is an opportunity for an Architect who enjoys taking ownership, leading teams, and seeing projects through from the earliest design stages to completion.

€67,000 – €78,000
Dependent on experience and seniority
Benefits:
Competitive salary, the role includes flexible working, generous annual leave, private healthcare, structured CPD support, and a supportive, long-term focused studio environment including company away days, team incentives, and social events.
