As demand increases across large-scale data centre delivery, one of the industry’s leading international design studios is scaling its specialist architecture team in Dublin.

RAD Search is currently recruiting a Project Architect on their behalf.

This is a highly respected practice operating at a global level, delivering complex, large-scale technical projects where precision, coordination, and design quality are equally important. The Dublin team forms part of a wider international network, offering exposure to significant projects and the support of a well-resourced, highly experienced group.

The studio has a strong culture of collaboration and technical excellence, with a clear emphasis on quality, communication, and continuous improvement. It’s an environment where architects are trusted to take ownership, contribute meaningfully, and develop their expertise on technically demanding work.

The Role:

We are looking for RIAI Architects with 10+ years’ experience, ideally with exposure to data centres or other complex commercial/technical sectors, who are confident leading project delivery from early design through to construction.

You’ll take responsibility for coordinating architectural and consultant information across all stages of delivery (RIAI Stages 0-7), ensuring documentation is accurate, coordinated, and aligned with project requirements.

Alongside technical leadership, you’ll play an active role in project coordination, team management and client engagement, helping to maintain project coordination and communication across all project stakeholders.

As a senior figure in the group, there is an expectation to support and guide team members, contributing to the overall performance and development of project groups.

Salary:

€75,000 – €85,000 depending on experience
