With a busy year ahead and a strong project pipeline, one of our favourite design-led clients is looking to add a recently qualified RIAI Architect to their Dublin team.
This is a studio known for the quality and consistency of its work, with a clear, design-led approach that feels both considered and refined. Their projects are thoughtful, clever and creative with a strong focus on how spaces are experienced. It’s a close-knit team with a shared passion for good design.
They are seeking an RIAI Architect with a proven design background and experience working within strong, design-led studios.
The Role:
As a qualified RIAI Architect, you’ll be involved across the full project lifecycle, from early brief and concept design through planning, tender, and construction stages to on-site completion. While this role is design-led, a strong understanding of how projects are technically developed and delivered on site is essential.
This position will be working on a mix of high-end residential, one-off luxury housing schemes, retrofit and extension projects across Ireland, with budgets at all ranges circa €1-3 million. Cultural Arts projects are also part of the portfolio alongside exciting clients.
While the role is design-focused, an understanding of how projects progress beyond early stages will be beneficial to ensure design are technically strong before progressing. Award-winning studio experience is desirable.
Software:
AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Enscape
Salary:
€50,000 – €58,000
Dependent on experience and level.
Benefits:
Alongside a competitive salary, exposure to high-quality design work, involvement in competitions, flexible and hybrid working, generous annual leave, ongoing CPD support.

If this sounds like something worth exploring, I’d be happy to talk you through it in more detail and give you a better sense of the studio and team. Send over your CV and portfolio and we’ll take it from there.
