There’s a positive flow of work running through a well-established Cork studio, and they are now looking to strengthen the team with experienced RIAI Qualified Architects.

Their portfolio covers a broad mix of residential and housing-led projects, delivered for both private and public sector clients across Ireland.

The Role:

This position is suited to an RIAI Qualified Architect with circa 5–8 years post-qualification experience, with strong exposure to Irish project delivery and a confident understanding of both design development and technical construction.

You’ll take a leading role across projects, working through all RIAI stages from early concept and planning through to detailed design, construction, and on-site delivery. This is a role for someone who is comfortable carrying responsibility within a team, coordinating with consultants, and helping to guide projects through their technical and delivery phases.

A strong background in residential and housing projects would be highly beneficial, particularly experience working on medium to large-scale schemes. You should be confident producing and reviewing technical information, supporting design decisions, and ensuring design intent is carried through to completion.

There is also scope to contribute to mentoring more junior team members and supporting the wider studio as it continues to grow.

Salary:

€62,000 – €72,000
