RAD Search are working with an established architectural practice that is continuing to invest in senior talent as part of its long-term growth plans.
This opportunity is aimed at experienced RIAI Architects who are ready to take on a broader leadership role, with responsibility extending beyond project delivery into team development, client management, and helping shape the future direction of a growing practice.
The Role:
You'll lead projects through all stages, managing multidisciplinary teams, coordinating consultants, and maintaining strong relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
The practice operates across a diverse range of sectors including residential, workplace, education, healthcare, interiors, master-planning, and large-scale commercial developments, offering plenty of variety and the opportunity to work on projects of genuine scale.
As projects progress through delivery, the successful candidate will be expected to take on the role of Assigned Certifier, overseeing BCAR compliance and providing leadership throughout the construction phase. This will suit an Architect who is confident navigating regulatory requirements while maintaining strong collaboration with clients, consultants, and contractors on site.
Applicants should be RIAI or RIBA registered with at least 10 years' post-qualification experience and a proven track record delivering projects in either the Irish or UK market.
Strong technical ability, construction-stage experience, commercial awareness, and confidence in client-facing situations will all be important for success in this role.
Software:
Revit capability is essential.
Salary:
€73,000 - €81,000 per annum + package
