Our client is continuing to grow its Data Centre portfolio and is looking to add experienced Senior Architectural Technologists to an established team delivering major projects through 2026 and beyond.

You’ll be joining a well-established team working on complex projects where technical ability, attention to detail and experience delivering work through construction are highly valued.

The Role:

The focus of this position is firmly on technical delivery. The studio is looking for Senior Architectural Technologists who can take ownership of detailed design and technical information, coordinate effectively with the wider project team and help drive projects through to construction.

You’ll be working within their Data Centre team on large-scale, technically complex developments. The role will involve producing and developing detailed construction information, coordinating drawings and models, working through technical challenges and supporting the project from design development through to delivery.

Previous Data Centre experience would be advantageous, although it isn’t essential. Strong experience working on large-scale projects and taking them through technical and construction stages is more important.

You should be confident working with consultants, contractors and other members of the design team, with a good understanding of construction methodology, building regulations and how projects translate from detailed design into something that can be successfully delivered on site.

This would suit a Senior Architectural Technologist who enjoys the technical side of architecture and wants to work on substantial projects within a highly capable team.

Software:

Strong Revit experience is essential.

Salary:

€65,000 – €80,000

The package will reflect your level of experience, with particular consideration given to your technical capability, project scale and exposure to construction delivery.
