Our client is a leading international architectural practice with a strong reputation for delivering large-scale projects across a range of sectors, including high-tech, industrial, and process-driven environments. With a growing workload and ambitious expansion plans, they are looking to strengthen their senior leadership team with the appointment of a Senior Design Manager.

This position offers the chance to take ownership of multiple projects, lead multidisciplinary teams, and play a key role in delivering some of Ireland's most complex and technically demanding developments. Desirable experience will come within the data centre sector and large-scale complex projects.

Role:

As a Senior Design Manager, you'll lead the delivery of complex architectural projects from early design stages through to completion, ensuring successful outcomes for clients, project teams, and stakeholders alike.

You'll work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and senior leadership, providing strategic direction across project planning, resource management, programme delivery, and technical coordination.

The role combines project leadership, contract administration, stakeholder management, and technical oversight, requiring a strong understanding of both design and construction processes.

You'll also be responsible for mentoring project teams, allocating resources across multiple commissions, and helping to drive design quality and delivery standards throughout the practice.

This is a senior position offering significant responsibility, visibility within the business, and the opportunity to influence how major projects are delivered across the organisation.

Software:

Revit experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

Salary:

€85,000 - €110,000 per annum + benefits
