Following continued project wins and a healthy pipeline of work, the studio is looking to appoint a Senior Architect to join its Cork office. This is an opportunity to become part of a collaborative team delivering high-quality projects while taking on genuine responsibility and ownership from day one.

The Role:

The successful candidate will play a key role in the delivery of projects, leading teams through all stages of the design and construction process. You'll be responsible for coordinating project information, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently from concept through to completion.

The practice works across a diverse range of sectors including residential, commercial, workplace, and technology-focused projects.

You will be involved throughout all RIAI work stages, overseeing project progression, coordinating consultants, producing and reviewing technical information, and supporting projects during construction. Strong technical knowledge, excellent detailing ability, and a thorough understanding of Irish Building Regulations are essential.

Applicants should have proven experience working within the Irish market, with the confidence to manage projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and take ownership of key project deliverables. The role requires a balance of design awareness and technical capability, alongside strong communication and organisational skills.

Software:

Revit proficiency is essential

Salary:

€66,000 – €75,000

Dependent on experience, project exposure, and level of responsibility.
