The Role:

This is a technically focused position suited to a Senior Architectural Technologist who is confident leading the delivery of complex projects through all RIAI projects stages, from developed design through to construction and on-site completion.

You’ll take full ownership of coordination and delivery, producing and managing detailed drawing packages and ensuring design information is fully resolved, coordinated, and compliant at every stage. Working closely with the Interiors team, external consultants, and contractors, you will play a key role in resolving challenges and ensuring the design is translated accurately into construction.

This role suits Technologists with strong experience post-planning through to construction and on-site delivery. Technologists will be highly skilled in the production of technical documentation, detailed plans, sections, elevations, and full construction detail packages. You’ll be expected to have a strong understanding of Irish building regulations, compliance requirements, and construction methodologies, with the ability to interrogate design intent and resolve complex problems and detailing issues.

The role will also involve regular site attendance, including meetings and progress reviews. A full, clean driving licence is required.

Software:

AutoCAD experience is essential.

Revit experience is desirable. Adobe Suite beneficial.

Salary:

€58,000 – €70,000

Dependent on experience and seniority
