RAD Search are delighted to be partnering with one of Dublin’s leading Interior Design and Architecture studios as they look to welcome a Senior Interior Architect to the team.

Our client is well-known for their exceptional delivery of high-quality commercial, hospitality and retail projects, with a strong focus on how spaces feel, function, and are experienced. It’s a collaborative team where design is genuinely valued and considered, and individuals are given real ownership over their work.

The Role:

This is a hands-on, design-led position suited to a Senior Interior Architect who is confident leading projects through all RIAI project stages, from early concept through to completion on site.

You’ll take ownership of projects and have a proven track record of design and technical excellence. The role involves working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained and delivered to a high standard throughout.

You’ll be comfortable moving between early-stage design and technical delivery, producing coordinated drawing packages including plans, elevations, sections, and detailed joinery information. A strong understanding of materials and detailing is important, along with the ability to resolve designs into practical, buildable solutions.

The role will also involve site engagement, including attending meetings, reviewing progress, and supporting delivery through to completion. For this reason, a full, clean driving licence is required.

This is a studio that values collaboration, so you’ll also play a part in supporting more junior team members and contributing to the overall design culture.

Software:

AutoCAD experience is essential. Adobe and SketchUp desirable.

Salary:

€58,000 - €65,000

Dependent upon experience and seniority
