RAD Search is working with one of our favourite international design-led studios in Dublin as they look to strengthen their Workplace Interiors team with the hire of a Senior Interior Designer.

This is a well-established practice with a strong reputation in the commercial sector, delivering large-scale workplace projects with a clear focus on quality, collaboration, and design integrity. The growing Dublin studio forms part of a wider global network, offering exposure to high-profile, award-winning work and the backing of an experienced and well-resourced business.

The Role:

This position is suited to an experienced Interior Designer with 7+ years’ experience, ideally within commercial workplace projects, who is confident leading projects and managing the design process from concept through to completion.

You’ll take responsibility for projects from concept through to completion by developing design ideas, resolving technical details, and balancing design quality with the practicalities of delivery.

Alongside design responsibility, Senior Designers will play a key role in client interaction, team coordination, and project delivery, working closely with consultants and stakeholders to keep projects moving and standards high.

There’s also an expectation to support and guide more junior team members, contributing to the overall strength and development of the group.

Salary:

€68,000 – €82,000 depending on experience as the studio is open to a range of senior-level candidates.
