RAD Search are delighted to be partnered with one of Ireland's most respected design studios as they look to welcome a Senior Interior Designer/Architect to their Dublin team.

One of our favourite studios to work with, they continue to set the benchmark for design quality across the Irish market. With a strong pipeline of luxury residential and commercial projects, they are looking to appoint an experienced designer who can lead projects with confidence while contributing to the studio's creative culture.

Known for creating bold, highly individual interiors, the studio has built a reputation for delivering exceptional projects throughout Ireland and internationally.

The Role:

As a Senior Interior Designer/Architect , you will lead projects through all stages of design and delivery, working closely with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure the highest standards are maintained throughout. This is a hands-on role that combines creative design leadership with technical delivery, requiring someone equally comfortable developing concepts as they are overseeing construction documentation and on-site implementation.

You will be responsible for managing luxury residential and commercial projects from initial brief and concept design through detailed design, tender documentation, procurement and final completion. The role will involve developing spatial layouts, bespoke joinery and furniture design, materials and FF&E packages, while coordinating with architects throughout the project lifecycle.

Alongside project responsibilities, the successful candidate will play an important role within the studio, mentoring junior designers, overseeing project programmes and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the design process.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of eight years' professional experience, strong technical detailing skills and a portfolio demonstrating the successful delivery of high-end interior projects from concept through to completion.

Software:

AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign.

Knowledge of 3DS Max or other visualisation software would be beneficial.

Salary:

Competitive and dependent on experience.
